Bright Ivy engagements and products are designed around a defined problem, outcome and scope.
Start with an Audit for a specific problem, improve a defined part of your revenue system, or work with us to design and implement a new revenue system through a larger Build.
Our engagements cover different levels of Revenue Systems Architecture, from diagnosing a specific problem to designing and implementing new revenue systems
IEI is available separately for organisations looking to bring live behavioural intelligence into their events.
*Revenue Systems Build engagements are scoped and priced according to the work required. Where an Audit or Improvement leads directly into a larger engagement, any applicable credit will be confirmed as part of the agreed scope.
Choose the engagement or product that best matches what you need, then book a time to speak with us.
Start with an Audit for a specific problem, an Improvement for a defined change, IEI for a live event, or a Build for a new revenue system.
For a Revenue Systems Audit, book your 90-minute working session and pay at the time of booking. We’ll review the relevant context beforehand so the session can focus on diagnosing the problem and determining what should happen next.
For Revenue Systems Improvement, IEI or Revenue Systems Build, book an introductory call to discuss your requirements, define the right scope and agree the next steps.
For an Audit, we’ll review the relevant context before your session. For Improvement, IEI and Revenue Systems Build, we’ll confirm the scope, requirements, timeline and next steps with you before any work begins.
The essentials about choosing where to start, booking a conversation and working with Bright Ivy.
Choose the Revenue Systems Audit when you have a specific problem you want investigated and need clarity on what should change.
Choose Revenue Systems Improvement when the requirement is reasonably clear and you need a defined change implemented.
Choose Revenue Systems Build when you need a new revenue system designed and implemented, or new infrastructure built to support your GTM.
The IEI Pilot is for organisations interested in using Ivy - Event Intelligence at a live event.
No. If you’re interested in Revenue Systems Improvement, IEI or Revenue Systems Build, the first step is a conversation about what you’re working with, what you want to achieve and whether there’s a suitable way to work together.
The Revenue Systems Audit is different because the 90-minute session itself is the engagement. You can book and pay for that directly.
The Revenue Systems Audit and Revenue Systems Improvement have defined scopes at the prices shown.
The IEI Pilot is £5,000 for one event, with any bespoke integrations, hardware or requirements outside the standard pilot scope quoted separately.
Revenue Systems Build starts from £15,000, with the final scope and investment agreed before work begins.
If something falls outside the agreed scope, we’ll discuss it with you before any additional work is undertaken.
The Revenue Systems Audit is a 90-minute working session, with findings delivered within 5 working days.
Revenue Systems Improvement typically takes 1–2 weeks.
For IEI, we’ll agree the event requirements with you before providing access and taking you through onboarding and configuration.
Revenue Systems Build typically takes 6–12 weeks, depending on scope and complexity.
Timelines begin once the required access, information and scope are in place.
Most Revenue Systems work is delivered remotely, with direct access to the relevant systems and working sessions where needed.
For implementation work, we work within the agreed platforms, test the changes and document what has been delivered.
IEI is accessed through the platform, with guided onboarding taking you through event configuration.
On-site delivery can be agreed where the work requires it.
You’ll keep the findings, documentation and agreed deliverables produced through the work.
If further work is identified, we can discuss another defined piece of work or a wider engagement.
For IEI, we can discuss continued use across future events after the initial Pilot.
