Bright Ivy is a Revenue Systems Architecture consultancy founded by Max Knowler.
We work across the systems that marketing, sales and revenue teams rely on - CRM, automation, data, integrations, AI and intelligence - designing how they connect and work together.
The work can start with one part of that system or the whole thing. Either way, the aim is the same: make it easier to understand, easier to manage and more useful to the people relying on it.

Bright Ivy came from more than a decade of working inside marketing technology, automation and revenue operations.
Over that time, I’ve worked with global businesses and teams across EMEA, NORAM, and APAC, designing automation, customer journeys, lead management, integrations, reporting and the systems supporting them.
The technology has changed considerably. The underlying challenge hasn’t.
As more platforms, data and now AI are added, how everything works together matters just as much as the individual technology being used.
That’s the thinking behind Bright Ivy and Revenue Systems Architecture.
Founder & Principal Architect - Bright Ivy
Bright Ivy is built on more than a decade of hands-on experience across enterprise MarTech, marketing automation, RevOps, integrations and GTM systems. That experience includes working with global businesses and teams across EMEA, NORAM and APAC, from designing automation and customer journeys to lead management, reporting, integrations and the architecture connecting them.
The work has ranged from hands-on implementation through to regional ownership, architecture and operational design, spanning technology, data, automation, processes and the teams relying on them.
They’re more than three words attached to the brand.
They’re built into how Bright Ivy thinks, communicates and works.
Revenue problems rarely stay neatly inside one platform or team. A routing issue can start with the data. A reporting problem can come from the process. An automation problem can be caused by decisions made much earlier in the customer journey.
That’s why we look at how the whole system works together - from the technology underneath it to the people using it.
The technology, data and connections underneath the revenue system.
We look at what each platform is there to do, how information moves between them and whether the underlying structure still makes sense as the business grows.
How the system actually gets used day to day.
Processes, ownership, handoffs, automation and governance all shape whether good architecture works in practice. We design for the people who have to rely on it.
How signals become useful decisions.
We look at what the system knows, what it can infer and how that information can help people prioritise, personalise and act - including where AI genuinely adds value.
How the system keeps working after it’s built.
Clear documentation, standards and training give teams the confidence to use what has been designed, maintain it properly and keep improving it over time.
